Cowards All

The cowards did not sit in the House of Commons today, presumably so they could distance themselves from the Gestapo.

But that's neither here nor there.

Any chance (but never a serious one) to debate Herr Justin's rule by fiat and build the Fourth Reich where he is never teased about his pants-wetting has been delayed.

The damage, for the most part, has been done against a popular (but ever a terrorist) movement that embarrassed the government.

History repeats itself.

The violence and moral cowardice does not disappear from memory or public record.

What an age to live in where people capture the trampling of protesters underfoot or Herr Justin's admiration for fascism or the glowing praise for it in the Twitterverse:

Another notable organizer of the “Freedom Convoy” was arrested in downtown Ottawa on Thursday night.

Toronto Sun columnist Joe Warmington posted a photo on Twitter showing Tamara Lich being detained by police.

Lawyer Keith Wilson, who has been working with protest organizers, said on Twitter Lich is “not afraid.”

Fellow protest organizer Chris Barber was arrested earlier in the evening.

Barber said he was walking down the sidewalk with other truckers when a police car pulled up behind him and two officers called out his name and handcuffed him, according to Wilson.

Barber recalled that a mischief charge was read to him, but he didn’t know what the alleged mischief was, Wilson said.

Ottawa police said officers have made over 100 arrests and towed 21 vehicles in the truck convoy protest downtown.

Police also said they have moved protesters past the intersection of Mackenzie Avenue on Rideau Street.

Postmedia journalists reported seeing officers — with the backing of the mounted unit — pushing protesters further west on Rideau towards Wellington Street. Some protesters were pepper sprayed.

No one "claimed" this. There was no bicycle. An elderly woman on a mobility scooter was trampled by the police. Yes, it happened. There is video of it. Don't be an @$$hole and deny it:

Indeed:

The Trudeau Liberals ramped up their rhetoric Wednesday, describing border blockades and the ongoing occupation of downtown Ottawa as foreign-funded, foreign-organized attacks meant to undermine our nation’s sovereignty.

And ambiguity still remains on why the government took the bold step of invoking the Emergencies Act, considering most of the blockades were cleared by police before any national public emergency was declared.

Also - Nazi hobbit:

She says she wants people participating in blockades to know the measures are real, they are having an impact, and there is a really easy way to avoid being affected: go home.
She says it gives her no pleasure to impose these measures, and in fact, the government does so with “great sorrow,” but she says no one should doubt its determination to act to restore peace, order and good government.

Rubbish.

She enjoyed doing this, just like her Nazi grandfather enjoyed selling out the Jews.

And her boss sure knows Nazis:

During World War II, Justin’s pรจre Pierre Trudeau was a “zombie,” one of those who declined to serve though of age and in good health. After the war, as David Frum recalled in 2011, Pierre Trudeau “traveled to Josef Stalin’s Soviet Union to participate in regime-sponsored propaganda activities. He wrote in praise of Mao’s murderous regime in China. Trudeau lavishly admired Fidel Castro, Julius Nyere, and other Third World dictators.” Trudeau also praised the Siberian city of Norilsk “unware or unconcerned that Norilsk had been built by slave labor.”

But I thought this was a foreign insurrection:

A new data leak shows that about 60 per cent of donors to an “Adopt-a-Trucker” page on online fundraising platform GiveSendGo were Canadian and 37 per cent were American.

So much for that.

Are we still on the extremist thing, even though these truckers were everyone's darlings two years ago?

Are we?

Also

Aside from the fact that the majority of the “Freedom Convoy” participants are indeed vaccinated, there’s absolutely no logic to creating such a regulation for long-distance drivers who toil solo while delivering and collecting goods.

But this is merely a symptom of the societal disease that the pandemic unmasked. While the arguments surrounding the virus and vaccines at times divide along left-right lines, the people engaged in them are just as frequently separated by class. And truckers, like many of the faceless workers on whom the high-tech crowd and TV-studio literati depend for just about everything, are sick and tired of being the butt of elite scorn.

If there was any doubt about this, Trudeau dispelled it on Monday by announcing that he would invoke Canada’s 1988 Emergencies Act to quell the unrest. Never mind that he himself is responsible for the situation.

Forget that the law in question, which was forged to handle public-welfare, public-order, and international and war emergencies doesn’t apply to the current protests. Trudeau has no problem displaying a mixture of cluelessness and hypocrisy when treating the truckers as though it is they who are harming the nation’s economy by blocking roads and bridges. Somehow, he is oblivious to his key role in that particular malady.

Also - yes, now, about this:

A class action lawsuit against the “Freedom Convoy” in downtown Ottawa has added 31 new named defendants and ballooned to a $306-million claim for the disruption to lives and livelihoods from the now three-week old occupation. ...

Two prominent downtown restaurant owners and a ByWard market server who’s been out of work since the demonstration began have also added their names as plaintiffs, alongside 21-year-old Zexi Li. Henry Assad, owner of the Happy Goat, and Ivan Gedz of Union Local 613, joined the lawsuit along with server Geoffrey Devaney.

These people:

So, a restaurant-owner whose business, as of December 2021, was on the rocks because of the government-imposed lockdowns, and a Chinese national who works for the federal government used hacked and unverified information to demand that the courts to reward them an unreasonable amount that they will probably never see.

How interesting ...

Also:

"Canada's largest banks are all offline," Rebel News editor Ezra Levant reported. "Royal Bank, BMO Bank of Montreal, CIBC Bank."

"Did Trudeau try to hack into their databases?" Levant asked. "Did the U.S. hack them first, to stop it? What could cause all three to crash on the same day -- hours after Trudeau's expropriation order?"

TD Canada Trust and Scotiabank were also reported to be "offline."

Too late, my dear:

Two separate legal challenges were filed on Thursday against the federal Liberal government’s invocation of the Emergencies Act by civil rights organizations accusing Prime Minister Justin Trudeau of setting a dangerous precedent by invoking the act for reasons they say fall far short of the necessary legal thresholds.

“The government emergency declaration is unprecedented and seriously infringes the charter rights of Canadians,” said Noa Mendelsohn Aviv, executive director of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association (CCLA) in a Thursday afternoon press conference.

“The government brought in an extreme measure that should be reserved for national emergencies, a legal standard that has not been met.”

Emergency powers, she said, cannot and must not be normalized in Canadian society.

Also

The B.C. Civil Liberties Association (BCCLA) is joining its national counterpart in opposing the use of the Emergencies Act to end border blockades and an entrenched protest in Ottawa.

Big Pharma stocks don't care how jabbed your truckers are:

Unvaccinated truckers bringing COVID-19 vaccines and medical devices into Canada to combat the pandemic are exempt from testing and quarantine requirements at the border, a government order says.

The exemption is due to the “urgent public health necessity” of the supplies they are transporting, Health Canada states.

Oh, from the twenty-four hour flu? The one that no one cares about anymore and that everyone is trying to crawl out from under? That one?

Also - I'm sure this disgusting thing is nothing to be concerned with:

Board-certified funeral directors and embalmers are coming forward to tell tales of horror featuring vaccinated bodies with veins and arteries clogged with strange, rubbery, worm-like clots.

Richard Hirschman, a funeral director and embalmer from Alabama, with over twenty years of experience in the field, has said in recent interviews that he had never seen anything like it until around the middle of 2021, after the mass injections of the experimental COVID vaccines began. He says his colleagues in the field are seeing the same thing, and the numbers are increasing.

Earlier this month, Hirschman told Steve Kirsch, the Executive Director of the Vaccine Research Center, that in Jan 2022, 37 out of 57 bodies (65 percent) had these suspicious clots.

Prior to the vaccines, Hirschman said blood clots in patients who died of COVID were seen, but they appeared to be more typical, and not in the alarming numbers he’s seeing now.

Minorities - Justin hates them but they are his necessary evil:

Justin Trudeau’s crackdown on protests under an Emergencies Act order specifically exempts refugees, asylum seekers, immigrants and other ethnic minorities.

Yes, really.

The Canadian government’s Emergency Measures Regulations: SOR/2022-21 order bans people from taking part “in a public assembly that may reasonably be expected to lead to a breach of the peace.”

However, the law does not apply to “any person in a class of persons whose presence in Canada, as determined by the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration or the Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, is in the national interest.”

This includes Indians, refugees, immigrants, asylum seekers and ‘protected temporary residents’.

null

The exemptions have left some people asking if the prohibition order only applies to white people.

“Why are members of First Nations, refugees and temporary residents exempted from the prohibition to ‘participate in a public assembly that may reasonably be expected to lead to a breach of the peace’ as part of the Emergencies Act regulations?” People’s Party of Canada leader Maxime Bernier tweeted.

You know, elections.

**

The Liberals gave grants to Black Lives Matter, the BC Civil Liberties Association and the Anti-Hate Network through a government agency, the Canadian Race Relations Foundation.

BLM protests brought riots and violence to American cities, yet Trudeau gave the group's Canadian arm over $8,000.
