Your Wasteful and Lunatic Government and You

It's what people voted for:

Members of the Senate communications committee are demanding cabinet spell out regulations under a YouTube bill that passed the Commons Tuesday by a 208 to 117 vote. Senators balked at demands they first pass the bill and see details later: “It will affect potentially every single Canadian who uses the internet.”

**

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau headed to the G7 summit in Germany on Saturday without a consensus from the Commonwealth to condemn the Russian invasion of Ukraine, but with a chorus of countries calling for help to overcome the fallout of the war.

Pick up the slack, Justin!

Whatever you say, liar:

The federal public safety minister says he is “deeply committed” to enhancing oversight of the RCMP by strengthening the role of the national police force’s management advisory board.

More Gestapo!

Oh, that will help!:

The federal government has created a special task force to help tackle the major delays with immigration applications and passport processing that have left Canadians frustrated.
