The comments drew swift reaction from Saskatchewan Premier Scott Moe, who said Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau has not threatened other provinces with clawbacks for operating private MRI clinics.

“This includes private MRI clinics that operate within the Liberal leader’s hometown of Montreal,” Moe said in an emailed statement to Global News.

“It is disappointing that the Liberal leader is seeking to politicize healthcare by only now taking issue with this innovative practice during the campaign, seemingly to distract from real issues that should be discussed during an election that he called.”

Pastor Artur Pawlowski, 48, recently spoke to The Daily Wire as he lingered in the Portland, Oregon, area following an attack on a prayer rally he arranged on the banks of the Willamette River. The event, which he organized with local churches, made headlines when black-clad members of Antifa rushed in to deploy tear gas, destroy sound equipment, assault worshipers, and scoff that God had abandoned them.

Pawlowski, who was maced in the face, claimed that Portland police watched the incident from their cars and did nothing.

The clash with Antifa marked a poignant episode in Pawlowski’s speaking tour throughout the United States, during which he has been urging Americans to vigilantly guard the religious liberty he claims is quickly vanishing in Canada.

Former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo will lose his 2020 Emmy Award, the International Academy announced Tuesday.

Cuomo's name and any reference that he received the award will be eliminated from all International Academy materials in the future, according to the release.

As disgraced outgoing Gov. Andrew Cuomo packed his bags and sent his belongings to his sister’s house in his last days in office, he left something very important behind — his dog.

Instead, Cuomo asked staff at his Albany mansion if they want to take care of his dog, Captain, the Albany Times Union reported, citing two state police sources.

The sources also told the publication an Executive Mansion worker recently took Captain home but didn’t want to take care of the canine.
