When At First One Doesn't Succeed, Attack, Attack Again

Justin tried that with his opponent, Erin O'Toole, and has had limited success (read: only his die-hard followers haven't questioned it that much).

Now, he is attacking the very people whose votes he desperately needs.

Canadians are "neanderthals", you see.

Some background:

The Trudeau government's failure to keep the coronavirus out of Canada, to prepare for it, to deal with it and to keep the country opened for business while protecting the vulnerable

Did anyone forget Frank Baylis?:

A former Liberal MP’s company was in direct contact with federal agencies in negotiating a $237 million contract, says a memo from the Prime Minister’s Office. Frank Baylis’ business partners were warned he should “personally recuse himself.” Both statements contradict testimony at the Commons ethics committee: “Baylis Medical was involved in the contract negotiations.”

Did anyone forget Anthony Rota?:

The Speaker of the House of Commons says he intends to ask the federal court to strike down the Trudeau government’s attempt to have a judge block parliamentarians from receiving documents regarding the firing of two scientists at Canada’s top laboratory.

On the matter of vaccine passports:

**

Ontario Premier Doug Ford announced a proof of vaccination system that will be implemented as of Sept. 22.

(Sidebar: after the election and scrutinised by unqualified personnel and all because appointed public health professionals, whose predictions have been wrong and who do not factor in natural immunity demand it. It is also helpful to know that Ford has prorogued the legislature since that announcement and will not be commenting on the legal challenges against it.)

**

Included in the Liberal Party of Canada election platform on page 2 is a promise to indemnify businesses that exclude people based on not taking those experimental “vaccines”. That’s right, not only are the businesses being offered the subsidies they need, but Government will also run interference to keep these requirements from becoming a liability.

**

Liberal leader Justin Trudeau said anti-vaccine protesters that have disrupted some of his Ontario campaign events ought to be condemned and that his chief opponent, Conservative Leader Erin O’Toole, had not done enough to “correct” those protestors.

(Sidebar: because the people in these crowds are willing to vote for the visible opposition and it's Erin O'Toole's job to do Justin's fighting for him as opposed to Justin actually confronting the disenfranchised crowds and explaining his position using logic and reason. Justin simply doesn't do that sort of thing, as one has seen.)

**

A re-elected Liberal cabinet would strip Canadians of any legal right to challenge mandatory vaccination orders, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said yesterday. The federal Privacy Commissioner has warned compulsory vaccines breach the Privacy Act: “It is an encroachment on civil liberties.”

**

Protesters opposed to COVID-19 protocols and vaccine mandates gathered at several B.C. hospitals on Wednesday for what was billed as a “world-wide walkout” for “health freedom.”

“Stand up for freedom now or lose everything,” reads the tagline on a poster for the event, which also advertised rallies at hospitals across the country.

**

The video below shows an ambulance carefully proceeding on a path to the hospital. No one is standing in the way:

**

And why would people be irate? Well ... :

A Superior Court judge has authorized a Quebec mother to have her 12-year-old son vaccinated against COVID-19 despite the boy’s father being against the idea.

**

Canadians are taking to the streets and participating in rallies and marches across the country to protest against mandatory vaccination directives and other COVID-19 restrictions, including recent requirements for vaccine “passports” by provincial governments.

British Columbia, Ontario, Quebec, and Manitoba have already introduced a vaccine certification system to fight the pandemic, and protests against the measure have been launched in cities in these provinces.

**

On Thursday September 2, in a show of “united non-compliance,” hundreds of police officers and citizens held a rally in front of Toronto Police Service Headquarters in downtown Toronto, to protest against vaccine passports and mandates.

**

The crowd set off from Queen’s Park and marched through downtown to protest the new proof-of-vaccination certificates announced by Ontario Premier Doug Ford on Sept. 1. People will need to provide proof of vaccination along with photo ID to access non-essential services such as restaurants, bars, gyms, and other indoor facilities starting Sept. 22.

Some protesters carried signs that read “Preserve and protect our Canadian constitutional rights and freedoms” and “Reject the tyranny of mandatory vaccines” while many chanted “No vax pass.”

In Welland where protesters, visibly upset that their school-age children will be subject to masks that make it hard to breathe and unsolicited shots, were called "anti-vaxxer mobs". Not to their faces because Justin remained hidden behind a fence and cars and under surveillance by rooftop constables  for extra-dramatic effect:

Though Justin is not alone in his dictatorial over-reach (Erin O'Toole never lets one down there), he is quite zealous in cowardice in facing the electorate (whom he insults from behind walls and inside tour buses) and gleefully ignorant of the side-effects of these flu shots (such as cardiac problems) and even an occasional curiosity about why some countries have ceased using these shots at all and opposition to vaccine passports.

But it was never about public safety, just like this election was never about hot-button issues Justin has used as deflections.
