And the Rest of It

Wind turbines a scam? NO!:

Two Canadians claiming to have developed unprecedented utility-grade wind farm turbines told investors their technology was so hot their company could be the next Google, Amazon or Facebook.

There was a lot of wind behind their turbines, but not in a good way. Their claims were false and the men, including the company’s Toronto-area president, were siphoning off investor funds to enrich themselves, U.S. authorities allege.

Where is Dalton McGuinty when you need him?

That was quick:

A bail hearing for the man man accused of threatening Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has been delayed until the end of July while his lawyer waits to see the evidence against him.

Had he shot people in Toronto, we would never know his motive.

Wherever did they go?:

There were many grim days when blockaded CHAZistanians had to sneak “out of state,” i.e., into the aforementioned greater Seattle, to get vegan takeout or lay hands on a spring roll. The early agricultural push (kind of a much abbreviated version of the early Soviets’ Five Year Plan) — a move towards the hallowed goal of “sustainable development” — fell short of all expectations. Farming is difficult in the heart of a city.

It only remains, I suppose, to sketch the fate of Solomon Samuel Simone, whom all now know by his AK-47 and his warlord title as Raz Simone. He and his fellow pacifists provided security during the entire duration, and like CHAZistan itself, evaporated from all sight at its closure.

These are images of the sun's surface:
