From the Most Corrupt Government Ever Re-Elected

Canadians are getting the scumbags they voted for good and hard:

So, let’s get this straight: the Liberals have prorogued Parliament, filibustered committees and are now threatening an election all to stop the release of documents? That doesn’t sound like the open and transparent government that Justin Trudeau promised when he was elected.

This scandal:

Facing calls of wider transparency in government, the Trudeau cabinet preemptively released records related to Trudeau's speaking fees on Monday.

The records reveal that Trudeau collected $1,341,500 in speaking fees between 2006 and 2012. While Trudeau was initially collecting a few thousand dollars per speaking engagement early on, his election in 2008 as the MP for Papineau caused his payout to increase significantly, averaging $20,000 per an appearance.

(Sidebar: like someone would want to hear this idiot speak.)

New documents submitted to the Finance Committee on Monday reveal that WE Charity spent over $427,000 on the Trudeau family in the form of payments, amenities, and gifts.

The documents were submitted by Mark Kielburger, one of the two brothers who co-founded WE Charity.

Sophie Grégoire Trudeau, Margaret Trudeau, and Alexandre Trudeau collectively made $217,500 in speaking fees from WE Charity, which also provided them with $209,620.92 in amenities such as flights, hotel rooms, and food services, as well as $630 in gifts.

Literally, they save lives,” Craig said of their projects abroad. “They have to continue.”

What the brothers did not mention was that they already transferred ownership of these projects out of Kenya and into the hands of their Canadian charity, through a private company — in order to protect those charity assets, they claim, from the alleged fraud of one of their own employees. The transfers also came after a government regulator accused their Kenyan charity, Free The Children (FTC), of “regulatory mischief” and a series of legal violations.

This hasn't escaped anyone's notice:

You know it's bad when even the Globe and Mail readership is turning on you.

No wonder Justin wants to go all Biden scandal and shut down any criticism of his corrupt government.
