VT

I didn't want to post something here because I don't want to milk a hot story (because, really, that's all it is until there is another shooting or something to do with Anna Nicole Smith). I will make a few points.

Gun control wouldn't have stopped this, prevented this, or made it less of a tragedy. People who want to kill will find a way and not everyone who owns a gun is a psychopath.

Candlelight vigils don't ever help and are complete waste of wax.

South Korea, no one will look at you if you don't draw attention to yourselves. Stop being so self-conscious.

Just in the news is the story about how Miss America 1944 shot the tires of an intruder's car, assisting his capture. An 82 yr old defenseless female with a gun. Stopped. An intruder. Enough said.

Guns don't kill--people do. It's a fact. Cho would have taken his rage out somehow, even if he couldn't get his hands on a gun.

I still can't get over the fact that he managed to KILL 32 people and WOUND 10 others and not one single person among all those hundreds of able-bodied students and professors tried to strong-arm him. Incredible. We are a nation of candy-asses.
