There is so much to say.

There is no ‘Merry Christmas’ for everyone:

According to Investor's Business Daily, the Obama's almost doubled their Christmas tree stash this year, and it seems Bo, their dog is featured prominently in their Christmas tree ornaments.

In addition to 54 Christmas trees, Michelle Obama has overseen the placement of thousands of ornaments in public rooms. Many of the ornaments celebrate the Obama family dog, Bo, who seems to have become the First Family's favorite symbol of Christmas. Other decorations, including on the more prominent trees, were made by children in schools on U.S. military bases.

There's several hundred yards of garlands and wreaths all over the hallways and rooms. And, of course, a traditional gingerbread house that has working chandeliers and weighs about 300 pounds.

And the Obama family won't even be there to enjoy all that Christmas cheer because they'll be having a blast in Hawaii from December 17 through January 6th on the taxpayer's dime- or much of that vacation, will be courtesy of the U.S. taxpayer. If you recall, last year's Hawaiian vacation cost over $4 million, and this year they are spending a little longer there.

Consider the recession and that there is an eight percent unemployment rate (also due to Obamacare) and forty-seven million Americans on food stamps. Are fifty-four lavishly decorated trees and other ornaments necessary? Is it right to be so opulent when others cannot even feed themselves? Just ask the House of Bourbon Romanov Obama.

But this little tease at the end of the article is worth some thought.

All these plates are made of boron carbide ceramic with a spectra shield backing. This combination causes bullets to fragment and slow down before getting through the plate. Occasionally, some fragments will get through, but these are stopped by the layers of Kevlar that make up the flak jackets. The ceramic plates require a manufacturing process that uses, and produces, a lot of toxic chemicals. As a result of this, much of the production has moved to China.

Did you get that?  Much of the production has moved to China.  Ponder that statement for a moment.

China is the land of counterfeit parts, and not just any counterfeit parts, but ones intended for our military.  But there is another dirty little secret that most engineers know.  The Far East (China, and to some extent Japan) doesn’t do QA.  Engineers who have components fabricated in Japan must travel there extensively and repeatedly to ensure that they get what they’ve ordered.  Then usually they still don’t.

They put melamine in milk products for children. Does that not give one a moment of pause?

You can pay a fine if you don’t buy into Obamacare and your property can be seized if you don’t pay taxes to North Korea:

It is already a hard slog but South Korean firms doing business in North Korea now have an even harder time as North Korea plans to impose a series of new tax regulations on the Gaeseong Industrial Complex.

North Korea unilaterally passed the regulations in August.

According to the new tax law, if a South Korean company does not pay its taxes North Korea has the legitimate right to seize the company's property at the complex.

And companies who delay the payment of taxes will have to offer North Korea some form of collateral to continue operating in the area.

Separated at birth, I say! Who can tell the difference?
