Was It Something He Said?

I would think so:

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he has “issues” with the Progressive Conservative government of New Brunswick.

Trudeau lashed out at New Brunswick Premier Blaine Higgs today, along with other unnamed conservative leaders, during a news conference in Caraquet, N.B.

The prime minister criticized Higgs’s calls to remove the federal price on carbon and the premier’s changes to the province’s policy on gender identity in schools.

Trudeau says Higgs and other conservatives around the country are trying to score political points off transgender and nonbinary children, who are “incredibly vulnerable.”

But the prime minister saved his harshest critique for the provincial government’s decision not to fund abortions outside hospitals, calling it “a disgrace.”

Higgs’s office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

I wouldn't respond to the blackface-wearing, woman-hating clod, either.

Way to deflect from your incredibly poor record, Justin.

Why did you fire women in your cabinet, Justin?

Why did you elbow a woman in the chest, Justin?

Why didn't speak out against the sexual violence against Israeli women, Justin?

(Sidebar: siding with Hamas certainly didn't win him any votes at home.)

Why do you think mutilating school-age children is sound medical advice, Justin?

Why do you advocate abortion instead of better maternal care, Justin?

I think we know why.

**

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says Opposition Leader Pierre Poilievre's pledges to axe carbon pricing come at a time of wildfires and other disasters and Poilievre would rather "watch the country burn" than continue the fight against climate change.

Was it climate change that caused last year's wildfires (some of which might have been mitigated by better forestry management) or church-burnings you labelled understandable?

All that Justin knows is attack and division.

He can't run on his record of economy-destroying or endless streams of scandals.

It's desperate and sad.
