Imagine A Boot Stamping On A Post-National State Forever

Where did Justin get that term from?

Remember - he is a snowboard instructor and can't glue on his eyebrows correctly.

Anyway ... :

An Ontario school board is reviewing every book in its 121 school libraries to remove titles considered “harmful” to students or staff.

The culling begins at the Waterloo Region District School Board, west of Toronto, as schools and libraries around North America debate reviews that often provoke a clash between notions of free speech and racial or social equity.

The library review in Waterloo — a region of seven municipalities, including the cities of Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, with a population of more than 600,000 — is already underway, school board trustees were told Monday.

The culling is expected to take two to three years, Graham Shantz, coordinating superintendent in human resources and equity services, told trustees.

Thanks for giving people a reason to home-school, Adolf.

We all knew this day was coming:

An Ottawa Carleton District School Board’s (OCDSB) Indigenous Education Advisory Council debated whether making students sing O Canada at the start of the school day was distasteful or should be replaced.

According to the October 21, 2021 meeting’s minutes, advisory council member and educational assistant Lili Miller and others raised issues about the national anthem and options for students who refuse to participate.

“With respect to standing and singing of O Canada during opening exercises in school, Ms. Miller expressed the opinion that this practice is distasteful and should be replaced with something more healthy and positive,” the council meeting’s minutes describe.

(Sidebar: like singing "God Bless America"?)

“Chair Manatch suggested that Indigenous students be permitted to sit and not participate in the singing of O Canada. Elder Dumont expressed the opinion that the government of Canada needs to hold people accountable for the deaths of students at residential schools.”

Wow.

People will squeeze in tuberculosis deaths wherever they can.

The pointed disrespect of a country that still tolerates this racial grift aside, when will schools be finally phased out in favour of rice-planting as they do in North Korea?

Liberal MPs yesterday said they endorsed censorship of legal internet content providing there is “proper due process” for Facebook users, bloggers and publishers targeted by complaints. Cabinet has proposed to appoint a chief censor, the Digital Safety Commissioner, to investigate anonymous complaints over content deemed hurtful: “We need a public due process system to manage takedown.”

But wait! Now it's too controversial to mention:

Cabinet yesterday in a 2021 Priorities Survey of Liberal Party members dropped all mention of internet regulation. Party members were asked to choose from dozens of issues “as we kick off this new mandate,” but omitted any reference to Heritage Minister Pablo Rodriguez’s web controls: “This is an important moment.”

Oh, the things that go on in backrooms!

Before you know it, your cat videos on Youtube are gone.
