Because We Said So

The time to fight against these absurd lockdowns and governmental restrictions was when they were first enacted A YEAR AGO.

Too late now:

Images from Ontario Dollarama stores started being shared online, with people seemingly frustrated with the restricted items.

This im definitely pro lockdown and believe we arent doing enough BUT Dollorama should NOT be closed or limited. It's as essential as a grocery store for some people so they can afford to simply exist

(Sidebar: then you're part of the problem, cow.)

People gladly stood in line outside of stores like breadlines reminiscent of the Soviet era but never once questioned the total horsh-- that caused them to stand in line on blustery days waiting for a chance to buy Cheetos.

Now the government can tell you whether or not to buy Cheetos.

Oh, they've gone too far, have they?:

The intersection of political persuasion and geography on lockdown views has been evident in polling throughout the pandemic. ThinkHQ polling from November 2020, as newer restrictions were coming in to address the second wave, showed that just nine per cent of Albertans in Edmonton and Calgary felt the restrictions went too far. In north, central and southern Alberta, about 20 per cent felt they went too far.

This Alberta:

On Wednesday morning, RCMP and members of Alberta Health Services moved to “physically close” the GraceLife Church west of Edmonton–erecting chain link fencing surrounding the church and its parking lot in Spruce Grove in Parkland County.

Oh, we can be let out for the summer?! Thanks, guys!:

Ontario could be on track for a summer much different than 2020’s, depending on the success of the stay-at-home order combined with the vaccine rollouts, experts say.

This guy said it to the government best:

Because you can't keep Poland down!

The Russians tried. The communists tried. Even the Chinese-spread virus tried.

Nope!
