Hey, You...

Now see this:

Former Prime Minister Stephen Harper pushed for the Keystone Pipeline when some Kenyan guy was running the US. The current prime minister was for the Keystone Pipeline but - presumably - it wasn't his idea. Now that President Trump is paving the way for the Keystone Pipeline to be completed, NDP leader Tom Mulcair believes that PM Hair-Boy should stand up to Trump and be against a pipeline Canada needs more than the US does:

NDP Leader Tom Mulcair says rejecting the Keystone XL pipeline project would be Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s first opportunity to stand up to newly minted U.S. President Donald Trump.

Oh, Tom...

PM Hair-Boy may not see a problem with taking favours from Aga Khan but most people do and more than the popular press would care to admit:

Canadian public opinion appears to be split as to whether it was appropriate for Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and his family to accept free travel, over the Christmas holidays, on the private helicopter of the billionaire philanthropist and Trudeau family friend the Aga Khan.

A new poll says 42 per cent agree that the travel was inappropriate and 41 per cent thought it appropriate. About 17 per cent had no opinion. Toronto-based Forum Research, on its own initiative, polled about 1,300 Canadians last weekend on the issue and provided the results exclusively to the National Post. ...
Perhaps not surprisingly, those who told the pollster they support the Liberals were less likely to think the travel was inappropriate — 55% of those said it was appropriate while 27% of Liberals said it was inappropriate.

In Canada’s two most populous provinces, Ontario and Quebec, opinion was almost perfectly split with 42% and 41% respectively giving the trip a thumbs down while 42% and 39% respectively thought it not a problem.

Liberals voters, as I have always believed, are so comfortable with corruption that Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro could be their neighbour and they would get along famously.

Wasn't I saying?

Assisted death could save the Canadian health-care system between $35 million and $139 million a year, according to a new study sure to renew debate over the country’s controversial assisted death law.

And people thought it was about "compassion".

Because actors are people who read lines and not people who create devices (except for Hedy Lamarr) or people who work two jobs just to make ends meet, who cares what they think about a march of largely plump ridiculous white women who live in First World countries and complaining about their own self-interest?

These days, British television personality Piers Morgan can probably count his celebrity friends and fans on one hand, having developed a reputation for being a social media troll and a loudmouthed contrarian. And this week, Ewan McGregor was having none of it.

After Morgan made comments criticizing the Women’s March in the Daily Mail, many took issue with what he had to say, including McGregor, who cancelled his scheduled appearance on Good Morning Britain — for which Morgan is a host.

“Was going on Good Morning Britain, didn’t realize @piersmorgan was host,” tweeted McGregor, who is father to four daughters. “Won’t go on with him after his comments about #WomensMarch.”

Whatever, Ewan.

Also: this must be dreadfully embarrassing:

The Atlantic falsely claimed a six-week-old fetus does not have a heart in an error-ridden story about ultrasounds published Tuesday, and was forced to issue a correction after making a series of major edits to the story.

The story is aimed at portraying ultrasounds as a gimmick used by pro-life activists to guilt women into not ending the life of their unborn child. Initially the story falsely stated a fetus has “not heart to speak of” at six weeks, in an attempt to portray the impactful procedure (ultrasound) as misleading to women.

The story also got the facts wrong regarding an Ohio bill, and incorrectly said John Kasich is the governor of Indiana.

Hours after publishing, The Atlantic began making edits, including toning down the original headline and subheadline to reflect their inaccurate statement regarding fetal heartbeats. The initial headline read, “How the Ultrasound Pushed the Idea That a Fetus Is a Person,” and the subhead read, “The technology has been used to create an imaginary ‘heartbeat’ and sped-up videos that falsely depict a response to stimulus.”

The headline later Tuesday was changed to read, “How Ultrasound Became Political” and the claim about fake heartbeats was removed from the subhead, which was changed to read, “The technology has been used to create sped-up videos that falsely depict a response to stimulus.”

In truth, there’s nothing imaginary about either the heart or the heartbeat of a six-week-old fetus, as The Atlantic later noted. “This article originally stated that there is ‘no heart to speak of’ in a six-week-old fetus,” a correction at the bottom of the story now reads. “By that point in a pregnancy, a heart has already begun to form. We regret the error.”

This is because Obama is an enormously vindictive and pro-Islamist douchebag:

Officials say the Obama administration in its waning hours defied Republican opposition and quietly released US$221 million to the Palestinian Authority that GOP members of Congress had been blocking.

Plumbing the depths of depravity:

Three men in Uppsala, Sweden, were arrested Sunday on suspicion of raping a woman and streaming the assault live to a private Facebook group. On Monday, authorities urged people with access to the images showing the assault to make them available to investigators.

And now, some happy news from tragedy:

Four children and a woman were saved on Friday from the wreckage of a mountain hotel in central Italy that was flattened by an avalanche, surviving almost two days in sub-zero temperatures in the buried ruins of the luxury spa.

Since obama was a US citizen (you should know where hawaii is)... the rest of your rant is not worth reading

And yet you read the post regarding a failed president with questionable roots and even more questionable policies.

Thanks.

Cheers.
