If Iran really did build a time machine, would they use it to prevent- or cause- the death of Edith Keeler?
Would the Iranians use the time machine for other purposes? Wouldn't that be violating the space-time continuum and the order of the universe? If they changed anything, would anyone know?
We have to keep this technology out of their hands!
