On the Korean Peninsula

Who knows what has happened to Kim Jong-Un.

Is he alive, dead, or stuffed?

Those south of the 38th Parallel will not say.

Whatever the case may be, the chattering classes are giggling at the thought that Kim Jong-Un's  younger sister, Kim Yo-Jong, might succeed him.

If so, she would succeed and preside over citizens sent to gulags, forced abortions and infanticides, public executions, food shortages, energy crises and resumed missile launches.

But the right noises have been made and the right virtue has been signalled so why let reality sink in?
