It is not Trump's fault that Canadians re-elected a snowboard instructor with a penchant for groping women, wearing blackface and pandering to a country whose fault the coronavirus is. Nor is it Trump's responsibility to look after Canadian citizens. That is what Canadians elect members of Parliament to do.
(Sidebar: keep in mind, unlike the American system, Canadians do not elect their prime ministers but put into power the political party with the largest number of votes.)
Canada should have learned from the disastrous SARS virus and failed to do so. The Trudeau government knew in late January what was headed their way and refused to act. It also had no reserves to deal with a lockdown of the Canadian economy (which shouldn't have happened, one might add).
Now, Justin spends everyday hiding in a taxpayer-funded cottage on Sussex Drive, emerging only to regurgitate lines fed to him by what must be a staff of underpaid hacks.
Some Canadians are coming off as self-important, self-entitled, ill-prepared jackholes who expect a leader they ritually mock to come through for them because they themselves are useless, just like their government.
No one owes you a favour, Canada.
Enjoy what's coming your way, guys:

Aside from the 16 tonnes of aid Justin handed to China, there seems to be a certain amount to be taken and traded away by (accused) criminals:

If Canadians refuse to hold their own government (to whom they cede almost all of their freedoms) to account for its lengthy list of errors, whose fault is that?

While the federal government spent months saying the risk from the CCP Coronavirus was “low,” while also saying Canada was “prepared,” they have now been forced to admit that’s not the case.
Health Minister Patty Hajdu is now saying the federal government didn’t have enough personal protective equipment in the national stockpile.
“We likely did not have enough. I think federal governments for decades have been underfunding things like public-health preparedness, and I would say that obviously governments all across the world are in the same exact situation. It is an extremely competitive space right now for personal protective equipment. We are pulling out all of the stops … trying to procure equipment in a global situation where equipment is extremely tight.”Notably, despite Canada’s shortage, the federal government shipped a whopping 16 tonnes of Canada’s personal protective equipment to China.
Even worse, much of the personal protective equipment Canada is seeking to buy is made in China, meaning the Chinese Communist Party is set to profit from the fallout of the virus that spread from China in the first place.

Canada has no facilities producing N95 masks:
“The government said Tuesday that it has inked deals with three Canadian companies — Thornhill Medical, Medicom and Spartan Bioscience — to make ventilators, surgical masks, test kits and other items, but the more than 60 million N95 masks it has ordered are all coming from foreign suppliers.”
A few companies are just starting to produce ventilators:
Aerospace manufacturer CAE Inc. developed an easy-to-build ventilator with hopes of making 10,000 over the next three months to treat COVID-19 patients in Canada.
The Montreal-based company predominantly makes flight simulators for the aviation industry and offers training services for civil pilots and the defence sector, but has a small healthcare division that builds realistic, mannequin patient simulators for healthcare training.
We aren't producing protective equipment in Canada because ...?:
Ontario Premier Doug Ford has been leading an effort to get the province’s manufacturers to retool to make key pieces of equipment during the crisis. Speaking Thursday, Ford said that it’s time Ontario and Canada were self-sufficient in providing this gear.
“We’re going to start manufacturing them. We’re going to encourage hospitals to support these manufacturers. We can never, ever be put in this position again that we’re relying on countries around the world to support us with PPEs,” Ford said.
Aside from the 16 tonnes of aid Justin handed to China, there seems to be a certain amount to be taken and traded away by (accused) criminals:
A truckload of medical supplies shipped from Canada to an American accused of profiteering has been intercepted by authorities, who are now redirecting nearly 200,000 surgical masks to doctors and nurses.U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation agents arrested 43-year-old Baruch Feldheim on Monday in New York, which is among the global epicentres of the coronavirus crisis. U.S. authorities say he is at the centre of the first concluded case of many similar price-gouging investigations related to COVID-19 equipment that are already under way.
Again, how are these things Trump's fault?
